After graduating from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX with a Master’s Degree in Dispute Resolution (nearly 10 years ago), Dave Hilton has served an incredibly diverse set of clients as a Mediator as well as a Communication, Conflict Resolution & Negotiation consultant, coach & trainer.
His focus now is helping clients manage and resolve Workplace issues, particularly those caused by Conflict Style, Cross-Cultural & Generational differences.
But, when Dave was first starting out, he created a couple of educational, informative & entertaining YouTube shows – which helped him narrow his interests and even inspired this new Resolution Stream project. The first being the Financial Conflict Coach Show and the second show was Dave’s Conflict Specialists Show.
